Duties and Responsibilities

Keeping track of Brazil business and revenue, as well as keeping updated on the Brazilian market
Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities for operations, marketing, and increasing efficiency

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Duties and Responsibilities
Collect and document user's requirements
Design and develop database architecture for information systems projects
Design, construct, modify, integrate, implement and test data models and database management systems
Database performance monitoring and tuning, database availability, security, backup, and recovery
Check on the status of SQL Agent scheduled tasks
Support tasks (statistics, handle manual purchases, change email, bank account)
Conduct research and provide advice to other informatics professionals regarding the selection, application and implementation of database management tools
Operate database management systems to analyze data and perform data mining analysis.
May lead, co-ordinate or supervise other workers in this group.
Develop and implement data administration policy, standards and models

Duties and Responsibilities
Implementing Microsoft Infrastructure : Active Directory, Exchange Server, SQL Server.
Maintaining client desktop : Windows XP and Windows 7.

Duties and Responsibilities
Work with the Project Manager and other production team members, as well as game developers and other internal departments, to assist in strategic planning and content development to support operations for one of OGPlanet's online game products
Manage one or more functional responsibilities (QA, Web, Marketing/PR, Customer Service & Relations, Development) for a game product as directed by the Project manager, ensuring all product goals related to that function are met on a timely basis
Provide guidance and product expertise to other departments to achieve these goals
Assist in managing game update schedule and game data to keep track of user trends
Assist in designing and executing in-game and web-based content and events to enhance the game experience, maintain usage and increase sales
Prepare and facilitate communications of project process and issues to upper management, game developers, and internal departments
Research and monitor industry, competitive, and market trends
Perform special projects as directed by the project manager as necessary
Qualifications/Key Requirements
1-2 years of relevant production or project management experience (industry specific is not a requirement, but is a major plus).
Broad experience in different types of online, massively multi-player (role playing, casual, etc.) games
Ability to analyze and understand data trends and create sales forecasts and projections
Proven track record of working successfully with multiple, cross-functional departments and within a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, diplomacy/people skills a must. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and other communication tools

Job Overview
1-2 years in online game related experience or Game Master will be highly valued.
Duties and Responsibilities
Regulate numerous users every day with account actions required and help them with account troubleshooting.
Moderate OGPlanet website forums.
Enforce game policies and rules in-game.
Answer any questions for users with thorough and reliable information.
Utilize various internal GM Tools to monitor game functionality.
Investigate reported in-game exploits, bugs and issues by collecting data in-game and with tools provided.
Host in-game and community events, and be an active part of the event creation process.
From information gathered from the community and experience from yourself, suggest any possible improvements for the software.
Show strong teamwork with your colleagues and work closely with the Project Managers to meet any goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
Candidates must be willing to work irregular hours, if needed.
Have a passion for online video games, and willing to have fun!
